Sanitize current_limit_adjust clamp lower bound

Cap minimum_duty_cycle to 50 before computing clamp lower bound.
Corrupted EEPROM value (e.g. 255) would produce lower=2550 > upper=2000,
causing panic in debug or nonsense in release.
