Peptide property DSL nodes (#95) (#163)

* Add PeptideProperty DSL node for peptide-intrinsic properties (#95)

Wires the existing topiary.properties registry into the ranking DSL so
expressions like `Aromaticity.clip(lo=0, hi=3) + (-abs(Charge))` and
`parse("charge >= 0 & aromaticity <= 3")` work alongside Affinity /
Presentation / Stability fields.

- New PeptideProperty node reads peptide column via group-wise first
  and applies the registry's compute function. Composes with all the
  existing transforms, comparisons, and boolean combinators via the
  DSLNode base class.
- Module-level Charge, Aromaticity, Hydrophobicity, MolecularWeight
  (and the rest of the registry: CysteineCount, InstabilityIndex, etc.)
  exposed from topiary.properties; re-exported from top-level topiary.
- Parser recognizes registered property names as atoms in unscoped and
  scoped positions (wt.charge, shuffled.aromaticity, ...).
- Scope.__getattr__ dispatches to PeptideProperty via lazy import.

Bumps to 5.14.0 (minor, additive feature).

* Polish PeptideProperty: factor singleton builder, tighter docs
