Update to Hyrax v5.0.4

The patches in v5.0.2 to v5.0.4 appear to contain a number of
bug fixes. We're hoping they fix some of the styling issues on
collection pages.

One of the patch releases changed the styling of links on the
homepage to add underlines. This is a strong departure from the
look and feel of other landing pages for the organization,
so we're going to go back to the styling present in previous versions.

NOTE: the collection item order test needed to have an explict
page refresh added to prevent some timing issues that were causing
the test to fail in later Hyrax releases.
