Update to Hyrax v5.0.4

The patches in v5.0.2 to v5.0.4 appear to contain a number of
bug fixes. We're hoping they fix some of the styling issues on
collection pages.

NOTE: the collection item order test needed to have an explict
page refresh added to prevent some timing issues that were causing
the test to fail in later Hyrax releases.
