Fix removed matplotlib.cm.get_cmap import for matplotlib>=3.9

Use matplotlib.colormaps[name] instead of the get_cmap function removed
in matplotlib 3.9. Fixes ImportError in G4hunter.to_bed and trf.to_bed,
and drops the dead get_cmap fallback in kegg._render_pathway_image.
