Add two more Flavor-related utility methods

Flavor.Known() is a shortcut for checking that both the vendor and version
have been parsed correctly in a flavor.

Instance.ForceFlavor() provides a way for tests to force an instance to have
a specific flavor, even if a flavor has previously been parsed correctly.
