Fix failing tests caused by s/pep8/pycodestyle/g rename*

* This shows that the pip-accel test suite has a lot of external
  dependencies, which means it can be broken at any point in time by
  external factors that I don't control. In the long term I guess I
  should strive to fix this, but in the short term: "So be it". Just
  like pip-accel itself needs maintenance the test suite also
  periodically needs some love.
