Avoid race conditions during binary distribution transformation*

* When transforming the same version of the same package at _the exact
  same time_ the following expression could cause the two processes to
  write the same file at the same time, thereby corrupting it:

    os.path.join(tempfile.gettempdir(), os.path.basename(raw_file))
