Track installed files so pip can uninstall packages installed by pip-accel

This issue was reported in pull request #48 but I've decided to solve it
in a different way. The pull request included an implementation that
switched pip-accel from using the `python setup.py bdist' command to the
`pip install --target' command. My issues with this:

1. It requires about 80 lines of additional code just to get pip to
   generate `installed-files.txt' (a fairly trivial file in itself).

2. It changes the core logic of pip-accel which requires me to confirm
   compatibility with hundreds of Python projects (the ones that I
   regularly install with pip-accel) even though I consider support for
   uninstallation a low priority feature (not intended to be blunt: the
   main use case for pip-accel is virtual environments, not system wide
   installation) which doesn't justify so much potential impact.
