Upgrade to pip 7.x (issue #57)

Changes:

 - Bumped the required pip version
 - Switched from --no-use-wheel to --no-binary=:all:

Please note that I'm not publishing this to PyPI until Travis CI
confirms that the upgrade is good (i.e. the tests all pass).
