* fix(deps): update 3d-parties

* fix(deps): migrate to dalgo v0.64 record package

dalgo v0.64 moved Key, Record and their constructors out of
github.com/dal-go/dalgo/dal into the standalone github.com/dal-go/record
module, so the v0.63 -> v0.64 bump in #291 failed to build with
`undefined: dal.Key`.

Repoints the three affected files at github.com/dal-go/record. The types
are the same, so this is a rename, not a behaviour change — but it does
change the exported signatures of NewCollectionKey, NewTableKey,
NewViewKey, NewSchemaKey and CollectionsProvider.GetCollections, which
now take *record.Key.

Also takes every module to its latest release (dalgo v0.64.4,
record v0.1.2, bitset v1.24.6).
