feat: preserve query connection IDs in Core storage (#350)

A saved query can now carry a secret-free `connectionId` that names a project connection. Core validates the identifier and preserves it through the revisioned file-store metadata pair, so browser and Backend saves do not lose the selected source.

Validation: `go test ./pkg/datatug ./pkg/storage/filestore` passed. The storage-screen fixture and field-coverage test include the new field.

Dependency: Backend must adopt this Core revision before its query codec can accept the field.
