use conditional imports instead of unused-import workarounds

Packages in the async subtree imported every dependency on every backend
and kept the unused ones alive with `_ignore_unused_import`-style items
and `pub let unimplemented` values. moon.pkg now selects imports per
backend with `#cfg(target=...)`, so drop those items and move
backend-specific imports into conditional import blocks. The grouping is
derived from per-target `moon check` unused-import warnings.

Items guarded by `platform=` stay, since import conditions only support
`target`. `internal/os_string` gets the same treatment, and async's
AGENTS.md now describes conditional imports instead of manual suppression.
