fix(regex_parser): report invalid ranges, group modifiers and too-deep groups at their start

An invalid range like `[z-a]` was reported at its end character, an invalid
group modifier at the `(` (`(?<x`) or after the `:` (`(?xyz:a)`), and a
group nested too deeply after its head. Each is now reported at the start
of the construct that is wrong: the first character of the range, the `?`
of the modifier and the `(` of the group, as the compiler's regex literals
do.
