Profiles: no switch while an operation runs (#2083)

* Profiles: no switch while an operation runs (#2071)

setUiElementsEnabled() disabled the tree, the search, Users and Settings
while gpg, git or pass ran, but not the profile box. Switching then
re-initialised the shared backend's store and environment under queued
work, and what still finished (a push after a save, say) was handled for
the other profile.

The box now goes with the rest, and comes back only when there is more
than one profile to pick; updateProfileBox() keeps it disabled while an
operation runs. Settings, the other way to switch, was disabled already.

CodeRabbit on #2083:

- The watchdog re-enables the interface after 30 s while a slow gpg or
  git may still run. The profile box now also asks the backend
  (Pass::isIdle(), the executor's queue), and comes back on Pass::idle(),
  which Executor::drained() raises once the last item's finished() or
  error() is out and nothing runs or waits.
- updateProfileBox() refilled the box with its signals on: clearing and
  adding items moved the current text and could switch profiles, after
  Settings for instance. The refill blocks the box's signals, and the
  handler refuses a change that comes through while anything runs.
- A content search runs outside the queue (NativeGrep): a profile switch
  now leaves grep mode, which cancels it and drops its results, instead of
  showing the old store's results for the new one.
