Content search: one dialect (PCRE) for both backends, say so everywhere (#2063)

Neither backend runs `pass grep` any more: RealPass::Grep hands the
pattern to NativeGrep as ImitatePass does, a QRegularExpression. Yet:

- With the pass backend the search box tooltip said "POSIX basic
  regular expressions (pass grep)", so a\|b or \(x\) searched for
  something else than promised. It says PCRE for both now (test
  updated: both backends, and no "POSIX").
- Pass::Grep's @warning about a backend-dependent dialect (and its
  "common subset" advice) no longer held; one dialect, PCRE.
- "(pass grep)" dropped from the settings checkbox and the search
  button tooltip; the man page says Perl-compatible regular
  expressions instead of `pass grep`.
- PASS_GREP's enum comment says it is not started and why it stays;
  the comments that guard its output say so too.
