l10n: plural counts in a variable of their own, for older lupdate (#2066)

Review of #2064: lupdate up to 6.8 (Debian 13; Ubuntu 24.04 is older)
loses the translate() call in FileContent's "… %n more line(s) not
shown", whose numerus argument holds std::min<qsizetype>(...); a
`make lupdate` there would mark the string vanished and its
translations with it. The clamped count goes into a variable first.
The tr() in PasswordDialog with the same clamp is found by 6.8, but is
written the same way for consistency.
