Add scheduled nightly workflow (#1660)

## Summary

Add nightly compatibility CI for ROS Rolling and Node.js 27, and fix package-validation and interface-generation issues exposed by it.

## Changes

- Add daily and manual Ubuntu 26.04 x64 checks using ROS Rolling nightly and Node.js 27 nightly, with a configurable Node version for comparison.
- Verify the source-built addon loads against nightly ROS libraries, then run core ROS, TypeScript and package tests.
- Record artifact checksums, upstream build details and runtime/toolchain versions in job summaries.
- Support npm 12's object-based pack metadata while retaining compatibility with array-based output.
- Prepare the native addon before CLI message generation so fallback builds cannot delete newly generated interfaces; add regression coverage and detect signal-terminated subprocesses.
- Document nightly checks and add a scheduled-run badge with a subtle caption in the README.
