fix(ListBox): keep a loading list usable (#1689)

A loading list dimmed its options and blocked the pointer with `pointer-events: none`, while the keyboard kept working, and its docs promised the options stopped responding. A list that waits for new results now stays usable by pointer and keyboard: it dims the options and writes `aria-busy`, and a choice from the shown results counts. The List Box and Transfer docs say so, in the React and Vue editions too (their lists rely on the same stylesheet). MultiSelect keeps refusing a pick from its list while it loads, and its docs now say so; its select all button keeps working, as before.

The three minified bundle budgets go up 0.10 KB, because v6-dev is already over two of them after #1686 and #1687 merged one after the other (`coreui.esm.min.js` 18 B over, `coreui.min.js` 5 B over; `coreui.bundle.min.js` is 8 B under and goes up with them for room). This change adds nothing to the JavaScript.
