test(DateRangePicker): pin isDateSelectable in the slot context (#1691)

The range picker spec only checked that the context carries isDateSelectable.
It now checks a date inside the limits, before minDate, after maxDate, a date
in disabledDates, null and a string, as the date picker spec does; the date
picker spec gains the string case.
