feat(MultiSelect): add external search (#1670)

With search: 'external' the search box filters nothing: search.coreui.multi-select carries the query whenever the text changes, setOptions() replaces the options without rebuilding the control, and setLoading() marks the list busy while the answer is on its way, refusing every pick meanwhile. The selection is the model from #1674, so a selected value the new options lack keeps its chip, counts against selectionLimit and is sent with the form through a hidden native option unless it is disabled; a pressed select all deselects only the listed options, and a form reset brings the initial selection back.

resetSelectionOnOptionsChange starts from the options marked selected when the new options carry different values, for options that depend on another field. The focus stays where it was unless setOptions() removes or hides the element holding it, or it sits on the panel itself; then it goes to the surviving option still shown, the search box, the first option or the panel, and a focused chip rebuilt for a new label keeps it. dispose() gives the native select its own options back when the component replaced them, and search throws on any string other than 'external'. The three .min.js ceilings stand 0.46, 0.49 and 0.49 KB above v6-dev, the measured size of the feature.
