refactor(Validation): move the date pickers and DateRangeInput onto the FieldValidation controller (#1676)

PickerBase and DateRangeInput drop their own copies of the validation
state (server classes, serials, the shown state class and its ownership,
dismissal, the user flag) and the bridge that pushed it into their fields.
A composite adopts the controller of each part: a part takes the given
state of its owners, an owner shows invalid while a part at any depth has
an error of its own, a drop travels up the chain, and every update draws
the whole tree from the topmost owner, so a part whose error changes
without a date change redraws the picker as well. A change in a part ends
the user action of the nearest owner that holds one and drops the state
from the part up, so the pickers no longer relay user actions into their
fields and DateRangeInput no longer passes a user flag to its ends.
DateInput sets its date before it draws, so the date change listeners of a
native reset see the restored range. The owner option of the controller
goes.
