refactor(Validation): open user actions only through runAsUser (#1675)

No component opens a user action by writing the userAction flag of the
validation controller any more. Combobox drops the given state on the
option events of a pick in the list instead of flagging a user action for
the change that follows, since the list also sends change for a setItems
that marks another value. DateInput no longer closes the action on a
commit that changed nothing, which sends no events. A spec covers a user
taking an option off in a combobox; the spec of the DateInput commit goes.
