* docs(forms): say which element carries the --cui-control-* tokens

Select, Multi Select, Date Input, the three pickers and Input Group are
framed by the --cui-control-* tokens, but their Customizing sections
listed only their own tokens, so nothing said how to restyle the field.

Every field declares those tokens on itself, so a value set on an
ancestor or on :root never reaches it. The Form control page said the
opposite, and Password Input suggested setting them "globally". Both now
point at the --cui-btn-input-* frame for restyling every field at once.

Where the frame is not the element the page starts from, the page now
names it: the rendered .form-multi-select rather than the <select>,
.form-date-range inside the date range picker, and the group the plugin
wraps around a number input.

* docs(forms): cover Time Input and the shared frame in the control token notes

Time Input describes the same .form-control.form-date-time field as
Date Input and now says so in its Customizing section.

The Form control page now says that the --cui-btn-input-* sizes also
move buttons, that the placeholder, disabled background and file button
colours are per field, and that the checkbox, radio and switch keep
their shared --cui-control-* tokens on :root. The Forms overview no
longer calls --cui-control-* values general.

Input Group no longer claims its size classes re-point the border width,
and Number Input and Password Input say the frame is the group already
around the input when there is one, not always a generated one.

* docs(forms): set list box tokens on the list box, not on the popup

Combobox, Autocomplete and Multi Select told readers to set the
--cui-list-box-* variables on .combobox-popup, or on :root for every
panel. .list-box declares them itself, so neither value reaches an
option; only a rule on .combobox-popup .list-box does. The three pages
now say that.
