refactor(Autocomplete): move option highlighting to util/option-tree (#1663)

Autocomplete marked search matches in a private _highlightOption, and
React and Vue each kept a copy of the same code with their own HTML and
regex escaping. highlightMatches in util/option-tree does it once, with
escapeHtml from util/sanitizer, so React and Vue can import it next to
filterOptionTree. It trims the query itself, so callers pass the search
as it is, and a missing or null query marks nothing.
