fix(ChipInput): name the remove buttons from ariaRemoveLabel (#1626)

ChipInput inherited `ariaRemoveLabel` from ChipSet, and the docs listed
it with `'Remove'`, but every remove button was named `Remove <value>`
whatever the option said. The button is now named with the option
followed by the chip's value, the way MultiSelect names its chip
buttons from `ariaTagDeleteLabel`: `Usuń` gives `Usuń JavaScript`, and
the default keeps `Remove JavaScript`. The option stays a word, as on
ChipSet and Chip, rather than a template; ChipInput puts the chip's
value after it, where a ChipSet uses the word alone. The options table
and the accessibility note now say so; a remove button that ships in
the markup keeps its own name.
