feat(Card): divide stacked sections and square group seams by direction (#1613)

Sections stacked in a card had no divider between them unless one was a
header, a footer or a list group, so two bodies, or an image cap above a
body, ran into each other. A body, a list group or a bottom image cap that
follows an image cap, a body or a list group now inherits the card's
block-start border, so the rule matches the card: a theme, .card-subtle or
a border utility carries over, and .border-0 leaves none. A preceding
section hidden with [hidden] or .d-none does not count, and .card-row is
left out, where the list group's inherited borders used to land on the
block axis. The rule replaces those inherited list-group borders.

.card-group squared the seam corners through physical properties, so a
right-to-left group squared its outer corners instead. The resets are
logical now and cover a list group at the edge of a card too.

A visual spec covers the seams, the inherited border, hidden sections,
.card-row and the group corners in both directions. coreui.css grows by
35 B gzip.
