docs(DatePicker, DateRangePicker, TimePicker): describe the current pickers instead of removed options (#1603)

The date picker, date range picker and time picker pages still told readers about options v6 removed: callouts in the Disabled sections about `inputReadOnly` and `previewDateOnHover`, and Custom formats sections opening with `inputDateFormat` and `inputOnChangeDelay` being gone. The migration guide already lists each of these options with the reason it went, so the callouts are removed and the Custom formats sections now open with what the pickers do: the mask of the field defines the format. React and Vue mention these options only in their migration guides, so nothing changes there.
