fix(agent): hide the node map and stop when a field value is missing (#962)

* fix(agent): hide the node map and stop when a field value is missing

Page scripts could rewrite the node map and aim a click elsewhere. The map
now lives in Puppeteer's isolated world. A text reply of null stops with
model_blocked before anything is typed, and a combobox wait ignores options
that were already on screen.

* test(agent): reveal combobox suggestions after settle starts reading

A timer armed before settle could fire on a slow runner before the
existing options were recorded, so the wait ran to its cap.
