* perf(agent): skip off-screen subtrees when reading page text

Every snapshot walked the whole document to collect viewport text. Long pages spent that time on nodes the model never sees.

A rejected local page left the HTTP server listening, so the command never exited.

The snapshot memo must not be reused when a guard runs later, and the perf server closes if Chrome fails to launch.
