Text entry called page.keyboard.insertText, which Puppeteer 25 does not
have, and relied on Meta+A, which does not select-all in headless Chrome
on macOS. It now selects the target's contents in the page and uses
sendCharacter, and it requires the target to hold keyboard focus.

Only inputs, textareas and editing hosts are indexed as fill targets, in
every contenteditable form. Discarded stale decisions are sent to the
model as stale. A non-OK provider response releases its body.

* feat(cli): add exec command to run a script file against a page

`browserless exec <file>` opens a page and calls the function the file
exports with `{ page, browserless, opts }`. It accepts CommonJS and ES
modules, prints the returned value, and exits with code 1 when the
script throws.

The package test script was `exit 0`; it now runs ava, so CI tests the
CLI package.

The example required `@browserless/agent`, which does not resolve inside
this repository. It is now an exec script that requires the local
package, and `npm start` runs it with the workspace CLI.
