* fix: ship an ES module next to each plugin in js/dist

A consumer compiling as an ES module under moduleResolution node16 or
nodenext could not use a plugin file: `import Alert from
'@coreui/coreui-pro/js/dist/alert'` failed with TS2351, because the package
has no "type", so TypeScript read js/dist/alert.d.ts as CommonJS while the
UMD file assigns the class to module.exports. CommonJS consumers, bundler
resolution and the root entry were fine.

build-plugins.mjs now writes js/dist/*.mjs next to every UMD file, with
relative imports pointing at the sibling .mjs, and emit-esm-types.mjs copies
each declaration to a .d.mts with the same rewrite. The exports map sends
`import` to the .mjs and its .d.mts and `require` to the UMD file and its
.d.ts, for js/dist/*, js/src/*.js and the four utils. The utils keep the
self-contained .mjs build-utils.mjs writes, so the React and Vue packages
import the same files as before. Adds 75 modules with source maps and 79
declarations, about 0.52 MB to the 5.40 MB tarball.

dropdown.ts and context-menu.ts also exported Default and DefaultType, which
put their UMD files in named mode: require() returned
{ default, Default, DefaultType } instead of the class. Nothing imports
them, so they go.

consumer-node.mts and consumer-node.cts resolve the package by name under
nodenext; the .mts one fails on the old exports map with TS2351 and TS2339.

* fix: type the root import as an ES module and guard the ES module build

The root entry still gave `import` the CommonJS-format index.d.ts, so a
Tooltip from the root and one from js/dist/tooltip were two types and
assigning one to the other failed with TS2322; `"."` now gives `import`
index.d.mts. `./js/dist/*.mjs` maps to itself, so the files the docs name
resolve by that name instead of to alert.mjs.mjs.

Three guards for the new files: a rolldown integration bundle imports two
plugins through their .mjs, so a broken ... (continued)
