test(DateInput): pin a pasted two-digit year as that year (#1548)

A four-digit year mask reads a pasted `15.06.26` as 15 June of year 26 and
shows `0026`, the same as typing 2 and 6 into the year. No spec held that
reading, so a change to the year parsing could move it to 2026 unnoticed.
