fix(DateInput, TimeInput): keep the default name for an empty ariaLabel (#1529)

An empty ariaLabel option reached the field as it was, so DateInput,
TimeInput and each end of a DateRangeInput given an empty ariaStartLabel
or ariaEndLabel were left with aria-label="" and no name. The field now
falls back to its default name, "Date input", "Date and time input" or
"Time input", as the React and Vue fields do for an empty aria-label.
