fix(DateInput, TimeInput): keep the default name of a section (#1530)

An empty section label option, such as ariaDayLabel: '', reached the
section as it was, so its role="spinbutton", the control that takes
focus, had aria-label="" and no name. A section now falls back to its
default name, "Day", "Month", "Hour" and so on, the way the field does
since an empty ariaLabel falls back to "Date input".
