fix(DateRangeInput): place generated parts around the written ones (#1524)

The component appended every part it generated to the end of its
element, so partial markup came out of order: an end written alone gave
end, start, separator, and a separator written alone gave separator,
start, end, with Tab following the same order. Generated parts now
stand by the separator: a generated separator goes after the start, or
before the end when the author wrote it, a generated start before the
separator and a generated end after it. The parts the author wrote, and
anything else in the element, stay where they are. Composing the markup
in the docs says so.

The fix adds 172 B gzip to coreui.js, 170 B to coreui.bundle.js and
122 B to coreui.bundle.min.js (measured on both builds). coreui.js went
over its ceiling and the two bundles were left 20 B and 10 B under
theirs, so the budgets go up by 0.25KB: coreui.js to 160KB,
coreui.bundle.js to 170KB, coreui.bundle.min.js to 109KB.
