fix(DateRangeInput): name an end whose floating label is empty (#1525)

An empty startFloatingLabel or endFloatingLabel, set from JavaScript or
inside data-coreui-config, built no label but still won over
ariaStartLabel and ariaEndLabel, so the field got aria-label="" and had
no name. A plain data attribute already turns '' into null. An empty
floating label now falls back to the end's own label, "Start date" or
"End date" by default.
