docs(DateInput, TimeInput, DateRangeInput): describe where valid stops in terms of the field's own state (#1521)

The docs from #1519 said a field the page announces invalid with
aria-invalid="true" is never drawn valid, which presented aria-invalid as a
way to set the state. Server-side state is the .is-valid and .is-invalid
classes and the valid/invalid options, so the sentences now name the cases
the components decide themselves: a date the limits reject, and a field of
a date range whose end is before its start.
