docs(pickers): close the remaining date and time docs gaps (#1515)

* docs(DateRangeInput, TimePicker): document the options the tables still lacked

The date range input carries the time-section labels and placeholders of its
two date inputs, and the time picker has floatingLabel, sanitize and
sanitizeFn; none of them had a row. With them in, the docs-options check has
nothing waiting and drops the empty Waiting part from its summary.

* docs(DateRangePicker): keep the one validation section that matches the picker

The page had two Validation sections. The first described a state class that
drops when either end moves and an isRangeValid() method; both belong to the
date range input, not the picker. On the picker a class written on its element
stays until the page changes it, and the sibling feedback reads from that
element, which is what the second section says.

* docs(migration): one payload for picker events, and the two removed range options

The picker section still said the event carries the formatted string in
event.date and the Date in event.dateObject, while the events section below
says event.date is the Date and event.formattedDate the string, which is what
the pickers emit. previewDateOnHover and separator on the date range picker
were removed without an entry.

* docs: show the popup tokens on every page whose panel is a .popup

The --cui-popup-* tokens were described only in the migration guide. The date,
date range and time pickers, Combobox, Autocomplete and Multi Select all render
their panel as a .popup, so each page now shows the block and says where an
override lands: .popup declares the tokens itself, so a value on :root or an
ancestor does not reach the panel, while one on the panel class or on .popup
does.

* docs(DatePicker, DateRangePicker): name the element that holds the picker tokens
