* fix(Calendar): drop the month button's btn-sm and the dead time-picker rule

The month button carried `btn-sm`, which the navigation button never reads:
its computed font size, padding and size are the same with and without it.
`.calendar.months ~ .time-picker` and `.calendar.years ~ .time-picker` could
not match anything, because the pickers render their time pickers inside
`.date-picker-timepickers`, never next to a `.calendar` panel. `.months` and
`.years` leave the stylesheet with it and are listed as removed classes.

The specs now pin the markup and the range preview that the React and Vue
calendars take over in the same change: the view named on the cell content,
the class of each navigation button, the panel index, an empty
`data-coreui-selectable`, no date on a week row, a preview cleared once a date
is picked and kept while the pointer crosses a day of the adjacent month
inside a week row. The Customizing section lists these hooks.

* test(Calendar): pin the preview reset on every pick and the selectable value in every view

The preview reset is now checked for a start picked while the end is set and
for a pick with Enter, not only for an end picked by pointer, and the empty
`data-coreui-selectable` for every selection type. The removal note says the
dropped rule matched a later sibling, which is what `~` does, and the
Customizing paragraph says the editions share the hooks rather than every
piece of markup.
