fix(Autocomplete): filter on input and follow the React selection rules (#1495)

Filtering and the hint follow the `input` event instead of `keyup`, so
text pasted, dropped, cut or composed with an IME filters the list and
opens the panel when it matches. Typing clears the selection before the
input event reaches listeners, and Backspace or Delete over a selection
clears it even when the text does not change.

The selection follows the React and Vue rules: a pick survives an options
refresh, the initial `value` and an option marked `selected` are each
applied once, a `value` passed to setConfig() selects that option or
clears the field for `null`, a preselected option is applied at
construction without firing `change` or `input`, and a disabled option is
never applied. The docs say when the initial value is applied and when
`change` fires.

The change adds 85 to 109 B gzip per bundle; the coreui.bundle.js,
coreui.min.js, coreui.js, coreui.esm.js and coreui.esm.min.js budgets go
up by 0.25 kB.
