fix(Calendar): stop reporting a start or end that stays empty (#1480)

Measured in Chromium on v6-dev: picking 10.10 and then 5.10 in a range
fired "start 10, start 5, end null", although no end had been picked,
and clearing a range across a disabled day before a start was picked
fired startDateChange with null. The React calendar did the same, the
Vue one reported nothing for a date that stayed empty.

- _setStartDate() and _setEndDate() return early when the date is the
  one they already hold, which in practice is null staying null; a day
  picked again is still reported.
- The Events table gives the payload the events carry: date formatted
  per selectionType, and dateObject.
- Specs cover both empty cases and a day picked again; the v6 migration
  guide lists the change.

The date range picker is not affected: it rewrites both fields from each
calendar event.
