test(view): cover websocket host failure and teardown paths (#1965)

Add unit tests for the rejection, overflow and teardown branches of the
websocket P2P transport:

- TLS config builders: missing material, cert without key, bad keypair,
  bad extra CA, extra CAs landing in a clone of the configured pool, the
  VerifyConnection and per-handshake GetConfigForClient callbacks
- NewConfig option parsing (maxSubConns, corsAllowedOrigins, listen
  address) and PublicKeyID
- host Lookup/NewStream and GetNewHost's mutual TLS guards
- MultiplexedProvider: server sub-connection cap, slow receivers on both
  sides, error frames for unknown IDs, idempotent Close, dial and upgrade
  errors
- SimpleProvider server-side meta and span-context errors, the auth
  helpers and stream accessors

The multiplexed tests drive the connection with a raw gorilla peer and
use a ping/pong barrier to know when the other side has processed every
frame sent before it.
