fix(integration): exit with an error instead of panicking in pingpong mains (#1943)

The pingpong initiator and responder binaries panicked when InstallSDK
failed, so a startup error showed up as a crash with a goroutine dump.
They now log the error and exit with status 1 via log.Fatalf. The node
examples in the view programming model, Fabric-x, node CLI and SDK docs
follow the same pattern, and the SDK doc example now checks the
InstallSDK error it previously ignored.

Fixes #1413
