fix(MultiSelect): count the selectable options toward {total} of the counter (#1467)

The counter and the search placeholder filled `{total}` with the length of `this._options`, where an option group is a single entry, so a list of three groups with four options each read "1 of 3". `{total}` now counts the options a user can select: the ones inside a group included, the disabled ones not. That is the same number the header template gets as `state.total`, and a spec checks the two against each other on one list. The `selectedLabel` row of the options table says what `{total}` counts.
