fix: show the valid feedback of a control group in a validated form (#1466)

A form with data-coreui-validate="valid" revealed the invalid feedback
of a .form-control-group through :has(> :user-invalid), but had no rule
for :user-valid, so a password, number, autocomplete or multi-select
field turned its frame green and never showed its valid feedback. The
valid state now reveals it after the group and inside a .form-field,
for the same controls that colour the frame (.form-control and select),
and only while nothing in the group is .is-invalid or :user-invalid, so
a server error or a second invalid control keeps the success message
away and a helper field without constraints never shows it. The green
frame takes the same exclusion, so a .is-invalid group no longer turns
green because its control passes the browser's checks.
