fix(DateRangeInput): announce an end before the start on both fields (#1461)

An end before the start put is-invalid on the frame only, so the fields
and their sections, where the focus sits, reported nothing to assistive
technology, while an end past maxDate did. The range now tells both
fields through _setOwnerInvalid, which adds aria-invalid="true" to the
field and its sections without the is-invalid class and without
touching its date, so on screen the order stays a state of the frame.
The field keeps the flag through its own commits, a blur included,
until the order is fixed. An is-invalid written on the frame in the
markup, which the frame keeps while the claim holds, reaches the fields
the same way.

The change adds 60 B gzip to coreui.js against v6-dev, measured with
gzip-size as bundlewatch does, which takes it over its ceiling; it gets
0.25 kB more. The other bundles grow by 45 to 60 B and stay under
theirs.
