fix(Calendar): draw rendered cells again after a pick (#1453)

With renderDayCell, renderMonthCell, renderQuarterCell or renderYearCell
set, a click or key that picked a date only moved the classes and aria
attributes. The render function was not called again, so content drawn
from meta kept the state of the first render until the next navigation,
setConfig or refresh.

After a pick the calendar now calls it again for every cell of every
panel and swaps the content of the cells whose markup changed, so the
nodes and listeners of the others stay; in week selection the days get
their row's state, as on the first render. The cell itself stays, and
when focus was on a control drawn inside the content, it goes back to
the picked date the way refresh() puts it back. Hovering still does not
call the render function: meta does not depend on the preview, and
content swapped under the pointer would make a mouse move count as a new
mouseenter.

The change adds 129-199 B gzip to the bundles (measured against v6-dev
at level 9). coreui.min.js went over its ceiling and coreui.js was left
with under 0.05 kB, so both get 0.25 kB more.
