fix(Calendar): give a week's days the state of their row in renderDayCell (#1452)

In week selection the calendar picks and draws whole rows: the row
carries disabled, range and selected, and its days carry none of them.
renderDayCell still got isDisabled, isInRange and isSelected worked out
for the day alone, so a selected week reported only the day holding its
start or end date as selected, the last week of a range reported only
the days up to the end date as in range, and a single disabled day read
as disabled in a row that can be picked. The meta of a day in week
selection now takes these three from its row; isInCurrentMonth and
isToday still describe the day.

A week row now counts as in the range when any of its days is, the way
it already counts as selected, so a range that starts mid-week, or on an
ISO Monday in a Sunday-first calendar, draws its first week in the range
and reports it that way.
