fix(Calendar): announce every day of a selected range as selected (#1451)

A range was selected for a screen reader only at its two ends: the days
between them carried the range class and nothing else, so the selection
was colour alone. With range, the grid of the view that picks the range
is now aria-multiselectable, and every day, week row, month, quarter or
year of the selected range that can be picked carries
aria-selected="true", adjacent-month days included when
selectAdjacentDays lets them be picked. The months and years views of a
day range only navigate, so there only the ends carry it, and a calendar
without range still marks only its start and end.

The roving tab stop and the popup entry took the first aria-selected
cell, which would now be the first day between the ends. Both look for
the selected class instead, so a panel keeps its stop on the end it
shows and the popup opens on an end, or on today when no end is visible.
Popups without a calendar keep entering on aria-selected.

A week row now counts as selected when any of its days is the start or
the end, as in the React and Vue calendars, so a range starting
mid-week marks its first week too. meta.isSelected still marks only the
ends, and the preview while the end is being chosen stays visual.

The change adds 196-202 B gzip to the unminified bundles and 101-102 B
to the minified ones (measured against v6-dev at level 9). coreui.js
went over its ceiling and four more bundles were left with 0-30 B, so
coreui.js, coreui.bundle.js, coreui.bundle.min.js, coreui.esm.js and
coreui.esm.min.js each get 0.25 kB more.
